Our Ethos

We pride ourselves on being an inclusive yet progressive club. We welcome children of all abilities and, through positive encouragement and fun activities, develop their skills. We employ trained, experienced coaches who are passionate about their sport and want to pass that enthusiasm on to the next generation of young gymnasts. Members are encouraged to support each other and our high staff to student ratio ensures all children are given the care and attention they need. 

As well as this, we offer Voluntary and Sports Helper positions to young people who are considering a future in sport. This work experience and access to training helps to develop the young persons leadership and coaching skills amongst others. 

Ainsty is a community where all it's members are encouraged to keep developing their skills in order to reach their full potential. That may involve coaches attending training courses, students learning new skills and gymnasts competing for the first time. Each achievement from each individual,no matter how big or small, makes us all very proud.
