Payment and Refund Policy

 

All payments made via the Class4kids booking system have a 5.5% transaction charge paid directly to Class4kids.  Payment must be made when booking a place either through Class4Kids or by phoning the office to make a Card payment  (01904 737563) during office hours. Bank details can also be made available on request.

New Members

Membership is paid annually, when classes are first booked. If after attending Week 1 and/or Week 2, a child chooses not to continue, then a refund for the rest of the paid weeks will be given, which includes the annual membership. Cancellation notice must be given 48 hours prior to the child’s next class, otherwise the next class will have to be paid for. After this time no refunds will be given for cancellation.

 

Existing Members

We appreciate that circumstances can change and sometimes you may need to cancel a class mid-way through a half term. If we are able to fill the space, then we will be able to offer a refund. However. if the space remains unfilled, then, unfortunately, we would not be able to refund the sessions. 

Any situation where it is AinstyGTC decision to close we will provide a refund.(The fees for using Class4kids are non refundable).

Refunds will not be offered for child absence. We will also not be able to give a refund for forced closure due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will not be provided in the event of closure due to lockdown, pandemic closure, fire or flood. 

Where we have been informed that a class is not available we will give a credit on the next set of classes for sessions missed. 

All fees are asked for in the proceeding half term.

 

N.B. Once a class goes live, both members and non-members are able to book onto available places. Current members will get a priority email, in advance,  to let them know that the next half term is available to book. Classes are booked on a first come, first served basis. If parents do not book their child on, they may lose their place.

Ainsty GTC has insurance which covers participants for permanent injury only.

Please note that refunds will not be given for cancellations, where,  we as a club, do not make the decision to cancel. If a facility closes due to virus, severe weather or an emergency, and we have no control over the decision, then, unfortunately, there will be no refunds or transfers. If we make the decision to cancel a session due to staffing etc then a refund would be given.

Management have the right to implement this policy at their discretion

All coaching ratios are set out are not binding. If we are unable to provide the ratios we reserve the right to continue to run the lesson. Particularly in the case of late sickness from staff.
