Payment and Refund Policy

 

All payments made via the Class4kids booking system have a 5.5% transaction charge paid directly to Class4kids.  All new members must pay using the Class4kids system to guarantee their place on a class. Members who wish to pay their renewal invoices directly, via credit/debit card, can do so in the last week of a half term, during normal club hours at any site.  Card payments can also  be made over the phone, by phoning the office (01904 737563) during office hours.

Any situation where it is AinstyGTC decision to close we will provide a refund.(The fees for using Class4kids are non refundable).

Refunds will not be offered for child absence. We will also not be able to give a refund for forced closure due to unforeseen circumstances. Refunds will not be provided in the event of closure due to lockdown, pandemic closure, fire or flood. If a child shows symptoms then they will be sent home and all children in the bubble will have to self isolate for 2 weeks, but there will be no refunds for missed sessions. 

Where we have been informed that a class is not available we will give a credit on the next set of classes for sessions missed. 

Membership is paid annually, when classes are first booked. If after attending Week 1 and/or Week 2, a child chooses not to go onto the 3rd Week, then a refund for the rest of the paid weeks will be given, which includes the annual membership. Cancellation notice must be given 48 hours prior to the child’s next class, otherwise the next class will have to be paid for. After this time no refunds will be given for cancellation.

All fees are asked for in the preceeding half term. Payments are non-refundable or transferable after the 3rd session attended. The reason for this is that coaches plan specifically for your child’s individual progress.

N.B. Once a class goes live, both members and non-members are able to book onto available places. Current members will get a priority email, in advance,  to let them know that the next half term is available to book. Classes are booked on a first come, first served basis. If parents do not book their child on, they may lose their place.

Ainsty GTC has insurance which covers participants for permanent injury only.

Please note that refunds will not be given for cancellations, where,  we as a club, do not make the decision to cancel. If a facility closes due to virus, severe weather or an emergency, and we have no control over the decision, then, unfortunately, there will be no refunds or transfers. If we make the decision to cancel a session due to staffing etc then a refund would be given.

Management have the right to implement this policy at their discretion

All coaching ratios are set out are not binding. If we are unable to provide the ratios we reserve the right to continue to run the lesson. Particularly in the case of late sickness from staff.
