Complaints Procedure

As a club we aim to provide a good quality of teaching and care of all the children that attend the sessions.

If a parent is concerned or unhappy about any aspect of the club they are encouraged to bring this to the attention of a member of staff.

If it’s regarding badges or group structure then please talk to your child's group coach and hopefully it will be resolved in that discussion.

If it is about a member of staff's conduct, or a matter of bullying, or breach of our policies then please bring it to the attention of the Senior Coach.

If the verbal contact does not resolve the problem it is suggested that the complaint is put in writing so Ainsty GTC can respond formally.

We believe that most complaints can be resolved easily if they are raised in the early stages. All communications are taken seriously and are dealt with fairly and in a way that respects confidentiality.

Where necessary, we will involve our Club Welfare Officer (CWO). With the complaintant, we will set time-scales for any feedback, findings and monitoring that may need to take place.

Any complaints made must be in a timely and respectful manner, in line with the Parent's Code of Conduct.

If it is a matter that needs to be dealt with as a matter of urgency, please approach management. Do not distract a coach whilst they are teaching.
