Gymnastics covers four different disciplines: floor, vault, beam and bars. Our lessons, at Ainsty, cover skills in all four disciplines with use of real gymnastics equipment. We use  beams, vault boxes, bars, springboards, trampettes and an air-track, during our sessions, to assist children in perfecting their gymnastics skills.

Our qualified coaches work alongside children in a supportive and engaged manner and with high coach to student ratio's. Each child is given the support and attention needed to progress. We monitor children's progress through our award scheme, which allows students to earn badges and certificates to reward them for their hard work.
