Trampoline

 

Trampolining is not only a fantastic form of aerobic excersise, it also is a great way to learn new skills, improve balance and boost childrens confidence. Trampolining is both a recreational and competitive sport and is one of the olympic sports.

 

At Ainsty we have qualified, experienced coaches to support your child through developing new skills on the trampoline. Students begin by learning shape jumps, different landings and rotations before moving on to more complex moves such as somersaults and somersaults with rotations.
